The founder of a smoothie weight loss company approached me with a plan to remedy declining sales. The look and feel of the original smoothie company was not positioned to support an upscale price point. He also felt that his current offer was reaching the end of its lifespan in the market, but was having trouble envisioning his entire marketing approach and how his customer journey would look from a 10,000 foot view.
By reworking the messaging and offer to focus on accountability coaching, high quality wellness supplements, and tiered support programs, as well as upgrading all of visuals, we were able to create a strong, memorable lifestyle brand that looked much more trustworthy and high-end. The client is now in an excellent position to leverage his community of over 50,000 individuals, build out his new product offer with more streams of opportunity for additional revenue and growth, and pursue his plans to build an app in the future.
